To keep track of your battery percentage, we have provided you with guides on how to check it in your phone but before then…
Why is the Battery Percentage Missing?
To answer that question, take another look on your phone home screen. What did you see? Here are the new changes. You will find a digital clock appearing on the left side and also a cellular and Wi-Fi signal strengths and the battery icon crammed together on the right-hand side. So with this view, you can see for yourself there is not enough room for the battery indicator to displayed as a percentage, but only as an icon.
The graphical icon can only tell you how much power you have left on your phone and not the exact figure your battery percentage remaining. Other noticeable changes are the cellular provider has been lost, while the location services icon appears on the left. The charging icon is sitting on top of the battery graphic.
