Have you noticed this, Your Facebook account sometimes will refuse to load photos and videos?
Normally this can be caused when you are on Free mode which is available on both Airtel and MTN lines. However, recently I noticed myself that photos and videos are no longer loadings on Facebook Lite even when I have enough data subscription on my phone. And when I click load photos it will direct to an option where to buy data plan even when I have data on my phone already.
Now I tried so many methods to fix that problem but it’s only one of them that works. Below I will be showing you the simple method to fix this Free mode even when you have data on your phone. First of all, I tried to access internal using Google Chrome browser to see if the day is still active and everything was working fine.
Later I updated my Facebook Lite App to see if the problem will be fixed without any success. Now the only method that works is when I clear both the cache and data. If you are experiencing the same method weather on MTN or Airtel SIMs try and clear your Facebook data. In order to of this,
- Go to your phone’s settings
- Installed Apps,
- Search for Facebook Lite
- Click on it
- Now click on clear cache
- After that, still, click on manage space
- Finally, click on Delete
Now to open your eyes Facebook messaging App again, you will be required to enter your phone number or email address with your password. So make sure you have your password off-hand before deleting your data.
