Design and Display.
Judging from the looks, this phone actually packs an impressive design both on the back and on the front. Taking another glance on the panel, you will see the edge to edge shape which is further beautified by the LED strips on the center of the back and above it is a fingerprint scanner sitting before the camera while the LED flashlight is ahead of them all. This set up is well arranged vertically on the phone to gives it a unique look.
Among the built-in is an air-cooling graphite for quick dispersion of heat in other to prevent overheating or lagging when gaming. The ZTE Nubia Red Magic has a standard screen size of 6.0 inches LTPS display of 2,160 x 1,080 pixels resolution. The entire screen area is covered by a piece of NEG Dinorex T2X-1 glass to further increase its durability. Surprisingly the phone the phone is also available in Black color instead of Red color only just as the name suggests.
Camera and Storage.
Unlike the Black Shark, the ZTE Nubia Red Magic only comes with two pairs of camera set up. On the back, it snaps with a single lens of 24MP with f/1.7 bright lens and it also shoots 4K videos quality. There is also an 8MP front snapper with f/2.0 wide-angle lens which will capture beautiful photos as well and can also make videos calls.
The inbuilt storage arrangement on this phone varies just like the RAM. You will either get an inbuilt memory of 64GB or 128GB depending on the model you buy, unfortunately, it does not support SDcard.
Hardware and Software.
The ZTE Nubia Red Magic also parade an impressive processor under the hood to keep the system running efficiently. It carries a Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 chipset alongside an Octa-core that clocked at 2.35 maxed with an Adreno 540 handling graphics issues and then an ample RAM of 6GB or 8GB as a backup to the processor in other to gives a decent performance.
Other notable features of this phone are the latest version of Android 8.0 that will be powering the phone and also a nonremovable battery capacity of 3800mAh on the inside to boot the phone. The ZTE Nubia Red Magic has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, and USB On-The-Go plus other regular configuration on the connectivity.
Price of ZTE Nubia Red Magic.
The sell of ZTE Nubia Red Magic will commence on 26 April and you can order the phone via IndieGogo for $399. In China, you can order the phone starting on April 25 at a price of CNY 2,499 ($399) for the 6GB+64GB model, and CNY 2,999 ($479) for the 8GB+128GB.
The first orders will receive some free goodies as a gift which includes a T-shirt, backpacks among others. In Nigeria, the ZTE Nubia Red Magic will sell at price of 140,000 Naira to 180,000 Naira depending on the model.
