Design and Display.
On the design, the HTC didn’t buy the idea of a top notch on this phone at all. It is the regular tall display in a full-screen body having about 80.3% screen-to-body ratio with dimensions of 156.6 x 73.9 x 8.7 mm and it weighs 188 grams available in a palette of colors.
The HTC U12 Plus features a premium design and it’s IP68 certified (both dust and water resistant) with Pressure-sensitive buttons. The full-screen view comes in 6.0 inches with a resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and there is corning gorilla glass on top and it boasts of Super LCD6 offering a DCI-P3 color space and HDR10.
Camera and Storage.
The camera set up on HTC U12 Plus is 12MP wide-angle UltraPixel on the main shooter with F/1.75 aperture coupled with a 16MP telephoto camera with a F/2.6 aperture capable of 1.85 to 2x optical zoom. Both dual rear camera also features OIS and UltraSpeed Autofocus 2, which is basically PDAF + laser autofocus while the front-facing camera packs 8MP sensor and a F/2.0 wide-angle lens.
